Nicole Fagan
Founder & Principal
BA Hons in Musical Theatre (The Arden School of Theatre)
PGCE with QTLS (Edge Hill University)
Nicole is the founder and principal of Aspire and strives to bring out the best in all aspiring and passionate performers. Nicole has experience in both teaching and performing in the professional performing arts industry.
​
Nicole has performed in various pantomimes, touring theatre and TIE productions. Nicole also had the exciting opportunity of performing as a face and costume character and parade dancer at DisneyLand Paris.
Nicole has held the role as vocal and acting coach at various schools across the North West and has also been a full time Performing Arts Teacher delivering qualifications such as Level 3 BTEC Musical theatre, Level 2 BTEC Dance and RSL Level 2 Acting.

As well as this Nicole has directed productions such as Les Miserables at Cowley International College and Matilda Jr at Outwood Academy Haydock, won a NODA award for supporting female and best choreography in Jesus Christ Superstar and won St.Helens Got Talent at the age of 16.
Kat Houghton
Drama Teacher

Since qualifying in 2018, Kat has been a lead Drama teacher at Outwood Academy Haydock. There, she has hosted multiple Haydock's Got Talent events as well as helping organise Christmas Showcases and our recent production of Matilda Jr.
Kat specialises in all things Drama and loves to chat anything Brecht, comedy sketches, and stage design.

At Aspire, you can catch Kat helping out with Mini MT every week as well as being a helping hand throughout the production process.
